Pallu Reddy, Ed.D.

Dedicated to creating lifelong learning opportunities, Pally Reddy has improved outcomes for learners around the globe. She is experienced working with teams to understand the toughest challenges and develop evidence-based strategies and solutions to advance the work of educational institutions and nonprofits.

Pallu’s focus and expertise have been in the K-12, higher education, and nonprofit sectors with improving access and equitable outcomes at the forefront. 

Combining the depth of her experience in the education field with her passion for life-long learning and organizational improvement, Dr. Reddy advances the mission of data-informed best practices for domestic and international organizations.

Pallu has a bachelor of science from East Tennessee State University and went on to obtain her Master’s in Education and Doctorate in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University. She brings experience in schools at both the classroom and systemic levels along with project management in higher education and experience serving on nonprofit boards. Pallu is currently serving as Assistant Professor at American University in Baghdad, Iraq where she works with the educational team at Vanderbilt as they design and launch a new college of education.
