Committed to fostering an environment of exceptionalism and excellence in today’s nonprofit organizations, Kathleen Lennard partners with executive leaders and comes alongside their daily work to build organizational capacity and empower them as leaders to do good work even better. 

Building on 20+ years in the nonprofit space, Kathleen Lennard founded Good Work Partnership to help organizational executives succeed in the life-impacting work they do each day. By focusing on strategy creation, change management, operational process, program evaluation, and development, she partners with organizations to reach next-level success in the midst of complexity and change.  

As an experienced facilitator, Kathleen incorporates her management training experience to lead executives, board members, and staff in highly-productive strategic planning and visioning workshops.

With a professional history of implementing robust Development programs, Kathleen works with leaders to build systems to support major donors, manage giving campaigns, establish database processes, and create corporate and community partnerships.  

A graduate of Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College of Education, Johns Hopkins University’s Carey School of Business, and Boston College’s Trinity College of Arts & Sciences, Dr. Lennard’s professional experience includes executive leadership, nonprofit consulting, fundraising and development, grant writing, research, and leadership consulting. Kathleen’s experience in professional organizations include The Rockefeller University, Habitat for Humanity, World Affairs Council, Coronado Schools Foundation, and Hope for the Warriors. She has broad volunteer experience, including Board leadership and philanthropic work in Japan and San Diego.
