Beth Anne Rankin, Ed.D.

VICE PRESIDENT AND SENIOR CONSULTANT

With professional experience ranging from the Governor’s Office and State Treasury to foundations, higher education, small business, K12, and nonprofits, Dr. Beth Anne Rankin infuses 20 years of executive and organizational expertise into her consulting work. 

With board service including the Arkansas State Board of Education, Martin Luther King, Jr. Commission, Magnolia Arts, Chamber of Commerce, and her alma mater’s Board of Trustees, Beth Anne draws from organizational knowledge at both the staff and board level to help executive leaders craft successful strategy.

A former executive director of Arkansas State Treasury’s 529 College Investing Plans, Beth Anne oversaw $600 million in assets under management, created a strategic plan for program redesign, and launched a statewide marketing plan, helping put the program on a billion-dollar growth trajectory.

In her consulting work, Dr. Rankin also draws from her experience in the Governor’s Office where she worked as policy advisor to the National Governors Association, Council of State Governments, Capitol Hill, and the White House.

A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Ouachita Baptist University where she was named Outstanding Senior Woman, Beth Anne went on to obtain a Master of Public Administration from Southern Arkansas University and a doctorate in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University.  

A skilled fundraiser, Dr. Rankin combines her experience in university advancement and private sector campaigns to lend expertise in fundraising, philanthropy, and donor relations. After focusing her doctoral research on Transformational Leadership, Dr. Rankin launched Rankin Consulting and joined Good Work Partnership as Vice-President and Senior Consultant, offering data-driven expertise to clients on organizational design, strategic planning, leadership consulting, and program evaluation.
